Which photos should you upload?

Multiple well-lit photos give the artist more reliable information than a single image. When available, include:

Normal orders have an estimated production time of 5–6 weeks, with the first finished-product preview in about 14–21 days. Fast orders have an estimated production time of 4 weeks, with the first preview in about 10–14 days. Super Fast orders have an estimated production time of 2–3 weeks, with the first preview in about 7–12 days. Your first finished-product photo preview is included within the estimated production time above; it is not an additional waiting period. Each revision takes about 1–7 days, depending on the amount of changes required. Revisions and the time taken to review your preview may extend the schedule. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination.
