Choose the size, production priority, mouth shape, body position, and any optional add-ons. Upload up to 10 photos directly on the order page, or complete checkout and email your photos to dragonmossart@gmail.com with your Shopify order number in the subject line.

DragonMoss Artists Handcraft Your HugTwin

Our artists study your pet's markings, proportions, expression, posture, and distinctive details, then build and finish the custom plush directly.

Review Photos of the Actual Finished Plush

We send photos of the actual finished physical plush before shipping. This is not an AI rendering, digital preview, sketch, or generic sample.

Approve for Shipping or Request Reasonable Modifications

Approve the finished plush for shipping or request reasonable modifications. Each revision normally takes approximately 2–7 days. If, after several reasonable modification rounds, you are still not satisfied and feel we will not be able to meet your expectations, you may cancel before shipping for a full refund of the purchase price.
