Production starts after the required photos and order details are received. The first preview is included within production time. Each revision takes about 1–7 days; review and revisions may extend the schedule. Shipping time is additional.

Can I order before collecting every photo?
Yes. Order first and email the photos to dragonmossart@gmail.com with your order number. Production starts after we receive the photos and order information needed to begin.
