We Are the Team Behind Every DragonMoss Piece

DragonMoss is an independent pet keepsake studio—not a retailer passing your order to an unrelated workshop. Most members of our core team began working together in custom pet plush production in 2015, and DragonMoss was established under our own name in 2022.

We curate the ready-to-ship Companion Collection, handcraft every one-of-one HugTwin and PawCaddie, and fit HugTwin Add-Ons during production. For custom pieces, the same team reviews your photos, shares a finished-product preview, and handles reasonable modifications before shipping.

In-stock Companion Collection designs normally ship within three business days. Custom HugTwin and PawCaddie timing varies by production option; the current estimate is shown on the product page.

Can I preview a custom piece before shipping?

Yes. For HugTwin and PawCaddie, we send photos of the actual finished piece before shipping and accept reasonable modification requests. Companion Collection items are ready-made and arrive as shown.

Can I personalize or add extras?

HugTwin Add-Ons include options such as a heartbeat module, voice recorder, collar or bandana, hidden zipper bag, weighted insert, and handcrafted paw pads. Add them with an eligible HugTwin order.
