This was an absolutely amazing experience. My family was visiting me when we heard the news about our pet passing, and they were only staying a few weeks. Within that time after I purchased the gift, this shop was able to make it and deliver it to me the DAY before they were supposed to leave. They updated me on the progress and answered any questions I had. They have amazing customer service and were so very kind and understanding. You get exactly what they promise and it’s worth every cent. It was my sister’s dog who passed and she cried after receiving this gift. I’m very thankful for this seller and am so glad I was able to get this for my sister during this hard time. I highly recommend this shop and I thank them for they’re amazing work and the people behind it ❤️

The seller made the stuffed animal look exactly like the pictures. And made changes when asked. Item arrived quicker than the Etsy estimate. I gave the stuffed animal to my daughter as a memorial of her dog. She cried when she opened it. Beautiful.
