Before You Order: Total Cost, Shipping, and Weight

Before You Order: Total Cost, Shipping, and Weight

A plush should fit your budget when it reaches your door, not just when you first see its price. Check the selected product, any additions, shipping, and destination charges before deciding.

One weight pouch adds one pound, approximately 454 grams
One pouch adds 1 lb (about 454 g). That is the added weight, not the total finished weight of the plush. Confirm compatibility with your selected design. Tap the image for a closer look.
What should I include in the total cost?

Start with the selected plush and size, then add any chosen accessories or confirmed options. Check shipping for your delivery address and the taxes or fees shown at checkout. If a charge is not included, clarify it before comparing the total with another seller.

DragonMoss’s current shipping policy includes standard worldwide shipping in the listed product price unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Check the final checkout for your destination, and allow for any taxes or import fees not collected there.

A useful comparison is: product + selected additions + shipping + taxes or import charges not already included. Avoid counting the same charge twice.

Could there be extra charges at the destination?

Under DragonMoss’s shipping policy, taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage, and other import fees are not included unless explicitly collected at checkout. Destination-assessed charges are the customer’s responsibility. Check your checkout and the current policy for your order; do not assume the displayed product price covers every charge.

Is the shipping estimate the full delivery time?

No. Dispatch or production happens before transit. In-stock Companion items normally dispatch within three business days under the current shipping policy. A custom order also needs production and a finished-plush review, with additional time if revisions are needed. Ask about the full timeline to your destination when ordering for a particular date.

Can I add weight to any DragonMoss plush?

Do not assume a weighted option applies to every design. Before paying, ask whether it is available for the exact product, size, and construction you have selected. Confirm the option in your order details. A customer’s personally modified plush does not establish what is offered as a standard product option.

Which weight should I ask for?

Ask for the expected total finished weight as well as any added weight, using a clear unit such as grams or pounds. “Added weight” may describe only the extra material, not the complete plush. Also ask where the weight sits, whether it changes flexibility, and whether it affects shipping cost or care instructions.

What if shipping pushes the order over my budget?

Compare the full cost of the exact ready-made design and options you would be happy with. Check whether removing an optional accessory changes the total, and ask for clarification of the destination quote. There is no need to move to a more expensive custom order if a ready-made companion already meets your needs.

A message to send before ordering

“I am considering [product and size], delivered to [country and postal code]. Could you confirm the product and option costs, shipping, and which taxes or import charges are included? What are the expected dispatch or production time and transit time separately? If a weighted option is available for this exact item, what would the total finished weight and final price be?”

Keep the confirmed details with your order information, and check the final checkout selections before paying.
