Your photos, questions, and feedback reach the same team that designs, makes, finishes, previews, and ships your plush. That direct connection keeps the details clear and the responsibility in one place.

Experience shared over years of making.

Most members of our core team began working together in custom pet plush production in 2015. In 2022, these experienced makers came together again to establish DragonMoss under our own name.

WHY DIRECT MAKING MATTERS

Small details are what make a plush feel familiar.

The angle of an ear, the shape of a muzzle, the direction of a marking, and the expression in the eyes can change how a finished piece feels. We study the individual pet shown in your photos—not simply the breed.

Because the production team also receives your feedback, references are not shortened or rewritten through layers of customer service. Questions can be addressed directly, and the same team remains responsible for the result.

We develop the pattern and choose suitable faux fur, colors, and materials.

We sew, shape, color, finish, photograph, and—when needed—reasonably modify the actual piece.

Your custom plush is finished before you approve it.

For custom HugTwin and PawCaddie orders, we send photos of the physical finished product—not an AI rendering, digital preview, sketch, or generic sample.

You review photos of the actual finished custom piece.
You may request reasonable modifications before approval.
If several reasonable modification rounds still cannot meet your expectations, you may cancel before shipping for a full refund of the purchase price.
